Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen has reacted to a surgeon who suggested she undergo cosmetic intervention, highlighting comments she has received on social media about her appearance. Frederiksen told the doctor, who said he could correct a small spot on her nose, that she is happy with her body, and revealed that she has received numerous messages about her looks over the years, from her teeth to her hair.
Mette Frederiksen reacted to comments about her appearance by sharing a message from a doctor who advised her to have cosmetic surgery via social media. The Danish Prime Minister stated that she is happy with her body and does not need anyone else's advice about her looks.
SHARED THE MESSAGE FROM A COSMETIC SURGEON
The 48-year-old Danish Prime Minister said that one of the messages she received on her Instagram account after her visit to Ukraine caught her attention. She said that a cosmetic surgeon, whose identity she did not disclose, sent her a message stating that he could correct a small spot on her nose. Frederiksen also shared a screenshot of the message on her social media account.
The Prime Minister clearly expressed that she rejected the surgeon's offer and is satisfied with her own body. Frederiksen's statement, in which she said she does not need a male cosmetic surgeon's assessment of her appearance, quickly drew attention.

Frederiksen also explained that this incident was not just about a single message. While describing the discomfort she feels from these messages, Frederiksen moved the discussion beyond her personal appearance. She pointed out that people, especially women, being constantly judged on their physical features creates unnecessary pressure.
