While the investigation into the murder of 8-year-old Narin Güran in Diyarbakır continues, a report that entered the file drew attention. According to the report prepared by the Gendarmerie Crime Investigation Team, Narin's uncle, Fuat Güran, secretly approached the gendarmerie teams during the search operation for Narin and tried to listen to what they were talking about without being noticed. The gendarmerie, who noticed this, recorded the situation in a report and sent it to the prosecutor's office.
The investigation into the murder of Narin Güran, who went missing on August 21 in Tavşantepe neighborhood of Bağlar district and whose lifeless body was found in Eğertutmaz Stream on September 8, is still ongoing by the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
2 MORE ARRESTS
As new suspicions and evidence emerge in the investigation, new arrests are also being made. In this context, İsa Kaya and Şeyma Kaya were arrested yesterday. These two individuals, who are relatives of Mehmet Şevket Kaya and Muhammet Kaya, who were previously arrested on charges of "destroying evidence and protecting the guilty," were also arrested on the same charges. It was learned that the statements of Hediye Güran also had an impact on the arrest of these two individuals. İsa and Şeyma Kaya are accused of trying to change the course of the case with false reports they made. In the investigation into the murder of Narin Güran, 11 suspects, including her mother Yüksel and her brother Enes Güran, were previously arrested.
EXTENSION OF SISTER-IN-LAW'S DETENTION PERIOD
The detention period of Hediye Güran, who was arrested on September 13 in connection with the murder of Narin, has been extended. Hediye Güran, who is said to have entered the house in question twice after Narin was last seen on her way home at 15:15 on August 21, is expected to be referred to the courthouse today (Monday). Hediye Güran is the wife of 41-year-old uncle Fuat Güran, who returned from Van to Tavşantepe by tractor on August 21, whose WhatsApp records were deleted, and who was arrested on the grounds of "destroying evidence."
