"Seven years ago, I signed a contract to play in Turkey without any expectations. Back then, this was just another place where I could continue to play the game I love. And now, seven years later, it truly feels like my second home.
I am incredibly grateful for the acceptance and support you have shown me, which I cannot express in words. Even though we couldn't achieve our goal of winning a gold medal, the love and support we received from the entire country feels like a reward greater than any medal.
I am thankful to my teammates, the coaching staff, the management, and everyone who played a role in this journey. It was an honor and a privilege for me to play wearing the national team jersey with 'Turkey' written on my chest. I will always and forever be one of you. I love you all with all my heart. Thank you, Turkey."
