As part of the investigation launched against Can Holding, a decision was made regarding 6 suspects, including Can Yayın Holding's Chairman of the Board, Kenan Tekdağ, on charges of 'establishing a criminal organization', 'tax evasion', 'fraud', and 'money laundering'. While Kenan Tekdağ was released under judicial control, 5 individuals were arrested.
In the investigation conducted by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office of Küçükçekmece, a detention order was issued for 10 individuals, including the owners of Can Holding, on charges of 'establishing a criminal organization', 'tax evasion', 'fraud', and 'money laundering'.
Five suspects, including Kenan Tekdağ, the Chairman of the Board of Can Yayın Holding, were transferred to the Küçükçekmece Courthouse today. Additionally, it was learned that one suspect was captured in Ağrı in the early hours of the morning. Thus, the total number of detentions rose to 6.

Of the 6 suspects detained, Kenan Tekdağ was released under judicial control, while the other 5 suspects were arrested and sent to prison.

As part of the operation initiated by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office of Küçükçekmece, a detention order was issued for 10 individuals, including Can Holding executives Mehmet Şakir Can, Kemal Can, and Kenan Tekdağ, the Chairman of the Board of Can Yayın Holding.
It was learned that Kenan Tekdağ, the Chairman of the Board of Can Yayın Holding, was detained at the hospital he went to for treatment. In the operation carried out on charges of "establishing a criminal organization", "smuggling", "fraud", and "money laundering", 121 companies, including Bilgi University, Habertürk, Bloomberg HT, and Show TV, owned by Can Holding, were seized.
