THE STOVE LIT TO KEEP THE CATS WARM CAUSED A FIRE
According to the allegation, siblings A.U. and B.U., who live on Atatürk Street in the Gündoğdu neighborhood of Erbaa, lit a stove in the annex of their house to keep the cats they cared for warm and then went to the market. After a while, flames from the stove spread to the house. With the effect of the wind, the flames quickly grew and spread to E.A.'s house next door.
THEY WATCHED WITH TEARS
Upon notification, fire crews from the Erbaa Municipality were dispatched to the scene. After about an hour of work by the teams, the fire was brought under control and extinguished before it spread to other nearby houses. B.U. watched with tears as the cats were rescued, not putting down the ones that were saved. While two houses became unusable due to the fire, an investigation was initiated regarding the incident.
