The Syrian army announced that as of 1:30 PM, intensive and targeted operations will begin against the positions of the terrorist organization SDF in the neighborhoods of Ashrafiyeh, Sheikh Maqsoud, and Bani Zayd in Aleppo.

Aleppo Governor Azzam al-Gharib announced that the decision to suspend education in state and private schools and universities across the city has been extended, citing the safety of students and educational personnel due to SDF attacks.

WHAT HAPPENED?

The Syrian Presidency announced on March 10 that an agreement was signed foreseeing the integration of the SDF into state institutions, confirming the country's territorial integrity and rejecting any attempts towards division. However, despite months passing since the signing, the SDF has not taken any steps to fulfill the terms of the agreement.
