Those moments were captured by citizens' mobile phone cameras. A truck driver who narrowly avoided hitting the woman walking on the highway parked his vehicle on the side of the road and recorded these moments with his mobile phone camera. In the footage, the driver can be heard saying, "She's walking in the middle of the highway. We almost hit her. Sister, move to the side!"
