AK Party Zeytinburnu Municipality Council Member Nazif Tunç did not want to pay the parking fee when leaving the social facilities owned by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. Nazif Tunç, who could not leave without paying the İSPark fee, had an argument with the security guard. Tunç said to the security guard, "I am a council member, I don't have to pay the parking fee."

When Tunç, who wanted to leave without paying the fee, was not allowed by the parking attendants, Tunç said, "I am a council member, I don't want to pay the parking fee. Take administrative action against my car, impose a fine. This is a right given by the Metropolitan Municipality."

Due to the argument, long queues formed in the İSPark parking lot, and the security guard opened the exit gate. Tunç left the parking lot without paying the fee, and these moments were captured on camera.

WHO IS NAZIF TUNÇ

Nazif Tunç, born in Malatya in 1979, completed his primary, middle, and high school education in Malatya. Tunç, who graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2003, served as the AKP Zeytinburnu District Deputy Chairman between 2017 and 2024. During this time, Tunç served as the Head of Election Affairs and is a member of the Lawyers Association, practicing as a freelance lawyer in his own office in Bakırköy.
