The Darkale Construction Contracting Industry and Trade Limited Company, which entered the sector in 2004, had entered a deadlock due to the effects of the global economic crisis.

THE PERIOD WILL END ON OCTOBER 7

The company, established in the Akhisar district of Manisa, has applied for concordat within this scope, and a date has been given for the hearing. It has been learned that the concordat period given for Darkale Construction will end on October 7.

THE PETITION HAS EMERGED

The expressions in the petition are as follows; "Plaintiffs Nimtaş Construction Contracting Transportation Industry and Trade Limited Company registered with the Akhisar Trade Registry Office under registration number 11136, Darkale Construction Contracting Industry and Trade Limited Company registered with the Manisa Trade Registry Office under registration number 14954, plaintiff Ibrahim Demirel with Turkish ID number 40******72, plaintiff Nuri Özcan with Turkish ID number 43*******44, due to the concordat case filed in our court;

It is announced in accordance with the provisions of the Execution and Bankruptcy Law Articles 304 and 288 that the hearing of our court will be held on 07/10/2024 at 10:00 in the Manisa Commercial Court hearing room, and objectors can be present at the hearing by notifying their objections in writing at least 3 days before the hearing."
