Super League giant Galatasaray's star striker Victor Osimhen has come to the forefront with a striking claim from Italy. The Nigerian footballer is alleged to have been reported to official authorities due to an incident from his Napoli period.
CAR RENTAL CRISIS ALLEGATION
According to reports in the Italian press by Corriere, Repubblica, and Il Giorno, Mercedes-Benz company filed a complaint against Osimhen. Allegedly, the star footballer entered into a rental agreement for a Mercedes GLE model vehicle during his time playing for Napoli in 2023. The company's application claims that Osimhen did not pay the vehicle installments, resulting in a debt of approximately 90 thousand euros.
KEY HANDOVER ALSO NOT DONE ALLEGATION
In the news based on records kept at the Crescenzago police station, it is alleged that the vehicle's keys were not handed over even though the contract period expired. For this reason, the company stated that it complained about Osimhen on charges of "embezzlement".
