Vehicle owners who noticed a cat sound coming from a parked car in Cumhuriyet Square in the Ertuğrul neighborhood of Süleymanpaşa realized that the sound was coming from the rear tire area.
STUBBORN CAT DID NOT COME OUT OF THE CAR
Citizens struggled for a long time to get the cat out from where it was. Food was left in the area to lure the cat out, and cat sounds were played from mobile phones. However, the stubborn cat did not come out despite all the efforts.
FIRE DEPARTMENT RESCUED BY BLOWING AIR
Upon notification of the situation, the Tekirdağ Metropolitan Municipality fire department teams arrived at the scene. It was difficult to reach the area where the cat was stuck due to the flat underside of the car. The teams carefully blew air with the air tube to encourage the cat to come out, successfully completing the rescue operation.
After approximately half an hour of rescue efforts, it was determined that the health condition of the cat removed from the vehicle was good. While the cat was taken to the shelter by the teams, the citizens breathed a sigh of relief.
