During the Seyhan Municipality Council meeting, MHP Council Member Şeyhmus Uçar, who took the podium after the discussions, made statements targeting Mayor Oya Tekin. Uçar threatened Tekin with the Grey Wolves.

MHP's Uçar stated in his speech, "I represent the Nationalist Movement Party here. You should know that. Be careful with your speeches. Do not exceed our tolerance limits. If we invite our comrades from the Grey Wolves here, you won't have a place in Seyhan Municipality anymore."
