Three arrests for sexual abuse of a mentally disabled girl.

After the allegation of sexual abuse against 17-year-old disabled P.D. in Eskişehir, her mother A.K., stepfather S.K., and foreign national C.Z. were arrested. C.Z. faces charges of qualified sexual abuse, while the other two defendants will be prosecuted for serious charges related to their actions against the child.

ABUSE OF A MENTALLY DISABLED GIRL

The allegation that 17-year-old disabled girl P.D. was sexually abused by foreign national C.Z. has caused an uproar in Eskişehir. C.Z., along with the girl's mother A.K. and stepfather S.K., were taken into custody by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the incident.

ALL THREE WERE ARRESTED

C.Z., who sexually abused P.D., was referred to the Magistrate's Court with a request for arrest for "qualified sexual abuse of a child, depriving a person who cannot defend themselves physically or mentally of their freedom." Regarding the actions against her children P.D. and B.K., A.K. faces charges of "aiding in the qualified sexual abuse of a child, aiding in the deprivation of freedom of a person who cannot defend themselves physically or mentally, cruelty against a child and their descendants, and intentionally injuring a descendant in a way that poses a life-threatening danger." P.D.'s stepfather S.K. was also referred for arrest for "threatening with a weapon and intentionally injuring a woman who cannot defend herself."
