The "Reds" transferred Swedish striker Isak from Newcastle United for 145 million euros, German attacking midfielder Wirtz from Bayer Leverkusen for 125 million euros, and French forward Ekitike from Eintracht Frankfurt for 95 million euros. Galatasaray broke the Turkish football transfer record by signing Nigerian Victor Osimhen during the summer transfer window. The yellow-reds primarily signed Osimhen, whom they initially loaned from Napoli for one season, for 75 million euros. Arsenal spent 293.5 million euros during the summer transfer window, acquiring players such as Martin Zubimendi, Eberechi Eze, Viktor Gyökeres, Noni Madueke, Cristhian Mosquera, and Christian Norgaard. Manchester United spent 250 million euros on transfers including Benjamin Sesko, Bryan Mbeumo, Matheus Cunha, and Senne Lammens.
