Turkey is mourning the death of Narin Güran, who went missing 19 days ago in Diyarbakır and was found dead in a stream bed, while a worrying news came from Istanbul. 13-year-old Sevda Yılmaz had been missing since September 6th. Istanbul Police Department announced that Sevda had been found in the afternoon.

The lifeless body of 8-year-old Narin Güran, who went missing on August 21 in Diyarbakır, was found 19 days later on Sunday morning near the Eğertutmaz stream in the Tavşantepe neighborhood. It was revealed that another child went missing in Istanbul. 13-year-old Sevda Yılmaz left her grandfather's house on Friday, September 6, saying "I'm going to my father." Since Yılmaz's parents were separated, custody was with her mother. However, it was stated that she frequently visited her father as there were no problems between her parents.

"THERE WAS NO NEGATIVE SITUATION"

Sevda Yılmaz's father, Sedat Yılmaz, applied to the Avcılar Child Bureau. Sedat Yılmaz stated that his daughter's phone had been turned off since Friday and said, "I'm leaving my grandfather's house in the morning to go to my father's. I don't know what clothes she was wearing when she left home. We have never experienced such a situation before. There is no situation like running away from home. There is no negative situation within the family. I want her to be searched for and found, and to be handed over to her family."

"I SUSPECT EVERYONE"

Yılmaz said, "After the Narin incident, I suspect everyone" and said, "I went to the police station again this morning to make missing person announcements. They keep telling me at the police station that she will be found. But I think I'm being brushed off. I demand that the authorities take action as soon as possible."

POLICE FOUND HER IN KADIKÖY

Istanbul Police Department announced that Sevda was found in the Kadıköy district of Istanbul in the afternoon.
