BIST 100 index gains 12.15 points from previous close.
Turkey's benchmark stock index closed at 1,429.85 points on Tuesday, up 0.86% from the previous close.
Starting the day at 1,423.81 points, Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index gained 12.15 points from Monday's close of 1,417.70 points.
One ounce of gold traded for $1,776.70 by market close, up from $1,762.60 at the previous close, according to data from Borsa Istanbul's Precious Metals and Diamond Markets.
The price of Brent crude oil was up 0.8% to $85.02 per barrel as of 6.36 p.m. local time (1536GMT).
