The first welding of the National Submarine MİLDEN has been completed, and the first sheet cuts for the TF-2000 Air Defense Destroyer and the National Aircraft Carrier have begun.

Rear Admiral Zeki Aktürk, the Press and Public Relations Advisor of the Ministry of National Defense (MSB), shared developments regarding the matter at the weekly briefing held today in the Ministry's Martyr Journalist Hasan Tahsin Hall. Aktürk stated, "The first welding of our National Submarine (MİLDEN) has been carried out at our Gölcük Shipyard Command, and the first sheet cuts for the TF-2000 Air Defense Destroyer and the National Aircraft Carrier have been made at our Istanbul Shipyard Command, and their construction has begun."
