In Kocaeli's Kandıra district, two siblings, aged 15 and 23, went missing in the sea. After their friends called for help, Coast Guard teams arrived at the scene and, after about an hour of struggle, managed to rescue the siblings from the water. The two siblings, who were in danger of drowning, unfortunately passed away at the hospital where they were taken.

23-year-old Gökdeniz and 15-year-old Mücahit Açıkdeniz, who came to Cebeci Public Beach from Sakarya to swim, were seen struggling in the water by their friends, who called for help from those nearby.
