In the Karlıova district of Bingöl, heavy snowfall has closed the roads to traffic. When a mother and her baby, discharged from the hospital, were unable to go home due to the blocked roads, municipal teams came to the rescue. The mother and baby were taken to their home by a municipal construction vehicle.
The heavy snowstorm that occurred in the Karlıova district of Bingöl has paralyzed daily life. Due to the snow, roads were closed, and some citizens had difficulty reaching their homes. Some vehicles got stuck on the streets between neighborhoods.
AVALANCHE FELL ON THE HIGHWAY
In the district affected by the snowfall and snowstorm, an avalanche occurred in the Kızılçubuk village area on the Karlıova-Yedisu highway. The Karlıova-Yedisu highway was closed to traffic due to the avalanche. Snow removal teams started working to clear the road of snow.
MOTHER AND BABY WERE SENT HOME BY LOADER
Since the mother and her baby, who were discharged from Karlıova State Hospital, could not go home due to the closed road, the situation was reported to the municipality. In response, a municipal construction vehicle picked up the mother and baby and took them home.
