A user living in Antalya stated that they wanted to benefit from the brand's "Jet Service" and sent their laptop to a cargo company recommended by Casper. However, days have passed, and the fate of the laptop remains uncertain, with no response from the brand.

According to the claim of a complainant from Alanya, Antalya, the cargo company directed by Casper received the product, but despite 5 days passing, there was no movement in the cargo. The user expressed their grievance by saying, "My product is lost. The cargo company says an investigation is being conducted, but so far no concrete solution has been provided. Casper, on the other hand, does not provide information about the address to which the computer will be sent."
"MY DEVICE IS CURRENTLY MISSING"
The customer, who stated that the computer they purchased for 18,000 TL is under warranty, said, "My device is currently missing. This is the first time I am facing such an issue. I demand that my grievance be urgently resolved and that my computer be found and delivered to me."
SIGNIFICANT PERFORMANCE LOSS AFTER SERVICE
Another user claimed that they sent their Casper Excalibur G870 laptop to the Istanbul Central Service for routine maintenance on August 27, 2025, and that the device was delivered on September 2, 2025, but they encountered serious performance issues after the delivery.
According to the user, there were no performance problems before the device went to service. There was a noticeable difference, especially in gaming experience. The complainant stated, "While I was getting 350-400 FPS in the game, now there are sudden drops to 120-80 FPS even in high performance mode and while plugged in. In CS:GO, it suddenly drops from 120 FPS to as low as 5-9 FPS."
"MY DEVICE CAME BACK IN WORSE CONDITION"
The user criticized the device's performance, despite having 32 GB of RAM and an RTX 4050 graphics card, saying, "I had no issues before sending it to service; my device came back in worse condition," expressing their grievance.
