İYİ Party Adana Deputy Ayyüce Türkeş Taş, who was a guest at the Haberler.com studio with Haberler.com News Director Olgun Kızıltepe, spoke about the warm images of İYİ Party Chairman Müsavat Dervişoğlu with DEM Party Chairman Tuncer Bakırhan that were reflected on cameras at the April 23 reception held in the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM).
AFTER HARSH CRITICISM, THOSE IMAGES BECAME A TOPIC AGAIN
İYİ Party Chairman Müsavat Dervişoğlu had made very harsh statements on the day and throughout the process when the framework law prepared for the 'Terror-Free Turkey' process was voted on and accepted in the TBMM General Assembly.
Following Dervişoğlu's criticisms regarding the process, his warm images with DEM Party Chairman Tuncer Bakırhan at the April 23 reception held in TBMM last year were recirculated on social media.
AYYÜCE TÜRKEŞ SPOKE ABOUT THE 'WARM' MOMENTS
İYİ Party Adana Deputy Ayyüce Türkeş Taş, who was a guest at the Haberler.com studio with Haberler.com News Director Olgun Kızıltepe, made an evaluation regarding those warm moments that were recirculated and became a topic on the country's agenda.
Ayyüce Türkeş Taş stated that İYİ Party Chairman Müsavat Dervişoğlu is a person whose character is evident through both his past and his current stance and speeches, and said the following:
“That image was taken at the Parliament's April 23 reception. We were all at that reception. Until that date, I think last April 23, DEM Party deputies were not even wearing the Parliament badge, the deputy badge, on their collars.
Why? Because it has the Crescent and Star on it. They don't read the National Anthem. These are already known to the public. And they don't attend any of those national holiday receptions when Parliament hosts them, until that moment. Our esteemed Chairman also serves as the Deputy Group Chairman.
“A DISTORTED IMAGE
Our esteemed Chairman's image is, first of all, a distorted image. It is a distorted image of an ironic conversation held standing up at that reception.
Now, to those who bring it up so much, we ask this: Why don't those who bring it up say a single word to those who invited the baby killer to Parliament and declared him the 'founding leader' at the eternal resting place of Başbuğ Alparslan Türkeş?
Why doesn't anyone say anything to those who bend over backwards to pardon PKK terrorists, who shout with joy in Parliament because an amnesty was passed for PKK terrorists, and who mingle and take photos with those making PKK signs?
When our esteemed deputy Selçuk Türkoğlu tried to add a dissenting note to our rationale by reading the names of our 7,500 martyrs, why does everyone leave the hall because they cannot bear to hear the names of those martyrs, and why does no one react to that?” he said.
