Süper Lig team Çorum FK's head coach Uğur Uçar clarified the allegations regarding the unrealized transfer of world football's renowned name Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. Emphasizing that rumors suggesting the star player did not like the city of Çorum are not true, Uçar attributed the cancellation of the transfer to family reasons.
''THERE IS NO SCHOOL FOR HIS CHILDREN IN ÇORUM''

However, we could not solve the issue regarding his children's school. Unfortunately, the school his children would attend does not exist in Çorum. Therefore, even though Aubameyang wanted it very much, the transfer did not happen."
