The founder of the Telegram application, Pavel Durov, has announced that his frozen sperm is available for women who want 'high-quality' genes, which has attracted great interest. Russian media claims that women who want to get Durov's sperm and get pregnant are lining up at fertility clinics. The clinics state that there is a great excitement among women for his 'high-quality material' after rumors that all of Durov's children start reading at the age of one and a half. It is even alleged that some women offer bribes to obtain this 'high-quality' sperm. Potential mothers wait for hours to find the right profile and even offer money for Durov's sperm. A fertility clinic confirmed to Russian news agency E1 that Durov's sperm is stored and costs approximately £315. It was stated that this fee is much higher for foreign nationals. The 39-year-old Durov recently announced that he is the biological father of over 100 children. In a message shared on Telegram, he said, "My past donation activities have helped hundreds of couples have children in 12 countries." Durov explained that he started donating sperm 15 years ago at the request of a friend. Since then, he claims to have helped over 100 couples struggling with infertility. The tech giant stated that he sees sperm donation as a civic duty and wants to find a solution to the increasing sperm shortage problem worldwide. He also added that he wants to eliminate the stigma around sperm donation and encourage more healthy men to do it. Durov announced that his frozen sperm is made available for anonymous use by families who want to have children in a clinic in Russia.
