Famous artist Yıldız Tilbe is launching a massive aid project for Palestinians facing a shelter crisis in Gaza. Through the Jerusalem Volunteers Association, Tilbe has decided to establish two separate tent cities consisting of a total of 200 tents in the region, and she also announced that the proceeds from the concerts she will organize will be mobilized for the food and basic needs of families in Gaza.
Famous artist Yıldız Tilbe has launched a major aid operation for Palestinian families who have become homeless in Gaza. Collaborating with the Jerusalem Volunteers Association, Tilbe will establish two fully equipped tent cities consisting of a total of 200 tents in the region. The cost of Tilbe's tent city is expected to be around 300 thousand dollars, or approximately 13 million TL.
200 TENT LIVING AREA In a statement made by the Jerusalem Volunteers Association, it was noted that Yıldız Tilbe has taken action to meet the housing needs of the people of Gaza. The two separate tent cities to be established under the project aim to provide hope to Gazan families who have lost their homes due to the attacks. The artist officially initiated the setup process of the tents through the association by providing the necessary funding.
CONCERT PROCEEDS WILL BE DONATED TO GAZA The aid campaign will not be limited to housing. The proceeds from the concerts organized by Yıldız Tilbe will also be used for the food and basic needs of the people of Gaza. It has been reported that the daily food needs of the citizens living in the tent cities will also be met with these funds.
Members of the Jerusalem Volunteers Association visited Yıldız Tilbe "A PROUD ATTITUDE FOR HUMANITY" A representative of the Jerusalem Volunteers Association described Tilbe's initiative as "an exceptional example of philanthropy for humanity." The statement included the following remarks: "Ms. Yıldız has once again shown that our Gazan brothers are not abandoned and not left alone. We believe that this aid will serve as an example to the Turkish public. We will soon see the tent cities in operation and the happiness of the people there together."
The famous artist also said in a brief speech during her meeting with the association officials, "Thank goodness you are here. We can reach certain places thanks to you. May God be your helper. May God be the helper of us all."
