A fire broke out for an undetermined reason at the entrance of a two-story building in Beyoğlu, Istanbul. Two people were injured in the fire, while a 2-year-old baby lost their life trapped in the flames. The lifeless body of the baby was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institution.
A fire broke out around 06:00 in a two-story building located on Ufak Köprü Street in the Sururi Mehmet Efendi neighborhood of Beyoğlu district in Istanbul for an undetermined reason. Upon notification, fire, police, and medical teams were dispatched to the scene.
A 2-YEAR-OLD BABY LOST HIS LIFE
The fire department teams intervened and brought the fire under control. With the help of the fire department teams and the neighborhood, two people in the house were rescued injured and taken to the hospital. An examination of the house revealed that a 2-year-old baby had lost his life. After the work of the crime scene investigation teams, the baby's body was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institution morgue.
