A 20-day-old baby was found in Rajasthan, India, with stones stuffed in its mouth and its lips glued shut among the rocks. It is believed that the baby was put in this condition to silence its cries and abandon it to death without anyone noticing. The baby was discovered by a shepherd in the area and was immediately taken to the hospital.
A heartbreaking incident occurred in the Indian state of Rajasthan. A male baby, estimated to be only 20 days old, was found with a stone stuffed in his mouth and his lips sealed with glue among the rocks. Allegedly, the aim was to silence the baby's cries and leave him to die unnoticed.
A shepherd in the area noticed a small body moving among the stones while grazing his animals in the morning. When he approached, he was shocked by the sight. The tiny baby was gasping for breath among the stones and debris, with his lips glued shut, and a stone forcibly placed in his mouth was preventing him from breathing. The shepherd quickly took the baby in his arms and rushed him to the nearest hospital.
Doctors stated in their examination that not only was a stone placed in the baby's mouth, but stones were also left on his tiny legs. Despite the baby's life-threatening condition, it was reported that he clung to life thanks to timely intervention and that his health was improving day by day.
Following the incident, the police launched a large-scale investigation. Authorities announced that the baby was abandoned near the Sita Kund Temple. Now, birth records in nearby hospitals are being examined one by one, and women who have given birth in recent days are being investigated. Additionally, information is being gathered from the local villagers in an attempt to reach the baby's family. Authorities believe that the person or persons who abandoned the baby will be identified shortly.
