In the Tarsus district of Mersin, in an accident where a car flew off the road and rolled over onto the rocks below, Specialist Sergeant Fatih Kılınç (25) and his companion Elif Karabacak (26) lost their lives, and 2 others were injured. The accident occurred on the road between the Yunus Emre and Atalar neighborhoods in Tarsus.
INJURED PERSONS WERE TAKEN TO HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT
The car with license plate 01 SK 034, which Specialist Sergeant Fatih Kılınç lost control of, flew off the road and rolled over onto the rocks below. In the accident, driver Kılınç and his companion Elif Karabacak lost their lives, and 2 others were injured. The injured were taken to the hospital by teams dispatched to the accident site upon notification and were treated.
An investigation has been initiated regarding the accident.
