Anderson Talisca closed the door on rumors of a return to Brazil by saying, "I will stay at Fenerbahçe for a few more years." The star player, who explained that Jorge Jesus has transformed him into a midfielder, argued that the competition and intensity in the Turkish league surpass that of Brazil; he also made striking statements about his career decisions and playing style.
Fenerbahçe's Brazilian star Anderson Talisca spoke to the Brazilian press outlet Placar. Answering questions about his future, Talisca emphasized that he is happy in Turkey and stated that he plans to stay at Fenerbahçe for a few more years.
"I WON'T RETURN TO BRAZIL"
Talisca clearly expressed that he has no thoughts of returning to Brazil at this stage. The Brazilian footballer said, "I won't be returning to Brazil for now. I still have things to do here. Maybe one day I will return, but I will stay at Fenerbahçe for a few more years; I am very happy in Turkey."
"JORGE JESUS MADE ME A MIDFIELDER"
Pointing out that one of the turning points in his career was Jorge Jesus, Talisca stated, "He saw that I scored a lot of goals and made me a midfielder. This changed everything. Today, I am a midfielder."

Evaluating his playing style, Talisca emphasized that he is not a classic number 10. "There are those who define me as 'the number 10 of modern football.' I am not a classic player. I compare myself more to Rivaldo, not in terms of quality, of course..." he noted.

Touching on perceptions of Turkish football, the star player highlighted the competition in the league.
