The spread of the video on social media has sparked a huge outcry. The male employee, Sher Singh, who is responsible for cleaning the morgue, has been arrested. The two employees who filmed the video and were present during the incident have also been taken into custody. The Chief Medical Officer of Noida expressed concerns about the situation and emphasized the need for urgent action to be taken.

Noida Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Sunil Sharma expressed his concerns about the situation and emphasized the need for urgent measures. Increasing the number of security guards and installing security cameras are being planned.
Following the incident, the CMO office filed an official complaint at the police station. The arrests were made under Section 296 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 67 and 67A of the Information Technology Act.
Sher Singh was fired from his job, and a three-member investigation committee was formed to investigate the incident. The committee includes Assistant CMOs Dr. Jaisalal and Dr. R.P. Singh, as well as forensic expert Dr. Rishabh Kumar Singh.
The incident raised serious concerns about the security and management of the facility. The police are continuing the investigation to determine if any other videos were filmed in the morgue.
