The budget discussions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry began with a debate in the TBMM Planning and Budget Commission. CHP member İnan Akgün Alp reacted to the participation of the General Director of the Meat and Milk Institution, Mücahid Taylan, saying, "Let him say which one has a meat company," which led to heightened tension between Alp and Ejder Açıkkapı. Açıkkapı approached Alp aggressively. The session was interrupted due to the argument.

The budget discussions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in the TBMM Planning and Budget Commission started with intense debates. The participation of the General Director of the Meat and Milk Institution, Mücahid Taylan, drew the reaction of opposition MPs.

"ARE YOU MUCAHID OR A CONTRACTOR?"

CHP Kars MP İnan Akgün Alp, in his criticisms towards Taylan, said, "Let him say which meat company he has ties with. Mücahid, stand up. Are you Mücahid or a contractor, say it." Following these words, tensions rose between Alp and AK Party Elazığ MP Ejder Açıkkapı.

"INSTEAD OF DEFENDING HUNGARY'S RIGHTS, DEFEND ELAZIĞ'S RIGHTS"

The discussions escalated into mutual accusations between Alp and Açıkkapı. Alp told Açıkkapı, "You are the disgrace of Elazığ. You are defending the rights of Hungarian farmers. Instead of defending the rights of Hungarian farmers, defend the rights of Elazığ."

"THEFT IS IN YOUR BLOOD"

In response to the debate, Açıkkapı approached Alp aggressively. Açıkkapı, referring to the indictment regarding the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, replied, "Theft is in your blood. Defend the 4,000-page indictment." As the verbal exchange intensified, the Chairman of the Planning and Budget Commission, Mehmet Muş, called for a break in the session. Even after the break, the debate continued.

"I AM AN HONEST MAN, WHERE AM I A CRIMINAL?"

CHP Mersin MP Hasan Ufuk Çakır came in to protest the CHP group. Çakır protested the CHP MPs for not reacting against the channels that spread false news about him for supporting Kılıçdaroğlu.

Hasan Ufuk Çakır shouted, "HALK TV called me 'a criminal.' I am an honest man, where am I a criminal? I am protesting CHP MPs," as he left the hall.

CHP MPs ENTERED THE HALL WEARING CAPS

CHP MPs entered the hall wearing caps to draw attention to the discussions. CHP Malatya MP Veli Ağbaba came to the commission room with wheat in hand to protest the increase in food prices, the rising average age of farmers, and the issues citizens face regarding food security.
