In the investigation launched regarding the allegation that the test results of suspects using drugs were altered for money at Siirt Training and Research Hospital, 30 suspects, including 8 healthcare workers, were detained.
In coordination with the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, teams from the Provincial Police Department initiated an investigation into the allegation that the drug test results of suspects brought to the laboratory at Siirt Training and Research Hospital were changed to 'clean' for a fee.
POLICE MONITORED FOR 2 MONTHS
After approximately 2 months of technical and physical surveillance, simultaneous operations were carried out at the addresses of the identified suspects. In the operation, 30 suspects, including 8 healthcare workers, were detained. While the processing of the suspects at the police station continues, it was stated that the number of detentions could increase.
