In a statement from the club, it was emphasized that this process is a "change of guard." It was stated that until a permanent board of directors is formed, all financial, administrative, and sports activities of the club will be carried out by the interim management organization.
In this context, Ertan Zeybek was appointed as the President of Adana Demirspor, and Mustafa Kemal Üstüner was appointed as the Vice President.

The statement indicated that Adana Demirspor has returned to its founding values and gained the identity of "The People's Team."
