The downpour that continues to affect some areas of Istanbul has given way to hail in some districts.
In the European Side, hail was observed in Beşiktaş, Şişli, Zeytinburnu, Esenler, and Sultangazi, while in the Asian Side, it was seen in Ümraniye.
TRAFFIC CONGESTION OCCURRED
