A passenger plane departing from Denver International Airport in the US struck and killed a person who ran onto the runway, breaching airport security and perimeter fences. After the collision, the plane's engine caught fire, and all 224 passengers were evacuated, with 12 reported injured.

According to local media reports, at Denver International Airport last night, a Frontier Airlines plane struck a person who entered the runway as it was taking off. The pilot aborted the takeoff, and the individual died at the scene.
US Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy stated in a press release that the deceased person breached airport security and perimeter fences, running toward the runway.
PASSENGERS EVACUATED: 12 INJURED
Meanwhile, it was reported that a fire broke out in the plane's engine after the impact. Frontier Airlines announced that all 224 passengers on board were evacuated on the runway, and 12 people were injured.
Airport officials said the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
