The teams of the 1st Motorized Traffic Team Command of the Provincial Gendarmerie Command in Nevşehir and the Cyber Branch Directorate have initiated an operation to capture the person who shared videos on social media, dressed in a robe and turban, performing drift with a car, along with the message 'Happy Friday'.
PENALTIES FOR BOTH THE DRIFTER AND THE VEHICLE OWNER
H.Ö., who was identified as the person who made the post, was subjected to an administrative fine of 65,069 TL and legal action was initiated against him for the offenses of 'deliberately endangering traffic safety', 'insulting religious values', 'drifting', and 'driving a vehicle despite having the driver's license revoked'.
Additionally, the vehicle owner was also fined 18,677 TL for the offense of 'allowing the use of a vehicle while the driver's license was temporarily or precautionarily revoked'.
