THE STOP LIGHTS TOOK IN WATER, CREATING A SAFETY RISK
The vehicle owner, who stated that he left his Seul U DM-i model car at the service, said that his car remained in the service for about a month but the problem was not resolved. The user pointed out that after the service, the stop lights of the car took in water and were constantly on, emphasizing that this posed a serious safety risk.
"I HAD A HARDER TIME BECAUSE I AM PREGNANT"
The customer stated that his daily life was affected because he could not use his vehicle, expressing that his grievances were exacerbated due to his pregnancy.
"I COULDN'T FIND A CONTACT PERSON"
The vehicle owner, who tried to reach BYD customer service but could not find a contact person, expressed his frustration with the words, "Neither was there proper information provided nor was the necessary attention given."
"EITHER SOLVE IT OR I WILL TURN TO LEGAL CHANNELS"
The customer, reminding that his vehicle is under warranty, demanded that the stop lights be replaced free of charge and that the vehicle be delivered safely. He also stated that if his grievances are not urgently addressed, he will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board and legal authorities.
