Mustafa Bölük, who was granted leave from an open prison, committed suicide by hanging himself in an olive grove. It was learned that Bölük, who was married and a father of one, had a one-year sentence for attempted murder and had been in an open prison for some time.

FOUND DEAD IN OLIVE GROVE



Upon notification, health and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the area. In the initial examination, it was determined that Bölük had hanged himself from a tree, and fell to the ground when the branch broke. Bölük's body was taken to Adnan Menderes University Training and Research Hospital for an autopsy.
