A woman who shared a video of the spoiled cheesecake she ordered explained that the business manager contacted her and requested the video to be removed. Criticizing the way he communicated, she said, "You can't get that video taken down with this attitude," and shared what happened. The woman also reported that the manager said, "You ate the cheesecake, but our baklava was good."

A woman who claimed that the cheesecake she ordered was spoiled shared a video on social media and recounted the argument she had with the business manager who contacted her to remove the footage.

“IT LOOKED LIKE PLASTIC,” SHE SAID, AND SHARED THE VIDEO

A woman noticed that the cheesecake she ordered was spoiled and shared the moments on social media. In the video, she stated that the dessert looked “like plastic,” and mentioned that the content she published, with the brand's name obscured, quickly reached high view counts on TikTok and Instagram.

THE BUSINESS MANAGER CALLED: REMOVE THAT VIDEO

Following the video's spread, it was claimed that the brand's officials noticed the situation and instructed the corporate communications unit to “have the video removed.” The woman stated that she was contacted by the business through Instagram and shared her number for a conversation.

Describing the phone call, the woman noted that the manager spoke to her in a harsh tone, saying, “Remove that video,” and used the following expressions:

“I am an advertiser. With that attitude, it is impossible for you to have that video removed. They said they would take legal action. I told them to go ahead. I am sharing a spoiled product that I paid for. What will you gain?”

“CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER BUT CAN'T COMMUNICATE”

The woman criticized the manager's communication style during the conversation, continuing:

“I told him, ‘You are the corporate communications manager, but you can't communicate.’ Then they saved my number. I saved their number too. Sometimes they check my posts.”

“THE CHEESECAKE WAS SPOILED, BUT OUR BAKLAVA WAS GOOD”

The woman reported that the business manager finally told her, “You had cheesecake, but our baklava was good.” After the incidents, she stated that she could no longer go to the business, summarizing the situation with the words, “We have become adversaries with the baklava shop.”
