A Turkish citizen working in Germany, Mazlum Akar, lost his life for extending a helping hand to someone in need. The incident occurred after Akar offered food to a German citizen who came to the establishment saying, "I'm hungry," and was reported to have psychological issues.
TRIED TO WAKE HIM, STABBED
According to the information obtained, Akar noticed that the individual, who had eaten and sat in the establishment for a while, had fallen asleep. When it was time to close the establishment, Akar gently tried to wake the person. At that moment, the assailant took out a knife from his pocket and stabbed Mazlum Akar multiple times, seriously injuring him. Despite the arrival of medical teams to the scene, Akar could not be saved. The police announced that the assailant has been taken into custody and that the investigation is ongoing.
