THY has also completed negotiations with Boeing for a total of 150 aircraft of the 737-8/10 MAX type, consisting of 100 firm orders and 50 options. It was announced that the order would be placed if negotiations with engine manufacturer CFM International are successfully concluded.
2035 GOAL: A COMPLETELY NEW GENERATION FLEET
With the implementation of the relevant orders, THY plans to have a fleet consisting entirely of new generation aircraft by 2035. With this transformation, it is aimed to increase the company's operational efficiency and achieve an average annual growth rate of around 6%.
