In a statement made by the Public Disclosure Platform regarding the yellow-navy blue club, it was stated, "In accordance with the decision made during the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on 15/10/2024 regarding the Special Accounting Period of our Company dated 01.06.2023-31.05.2024, the following distribution of duties among the members elected to the board of directors has been made;
- Ali Yıldırım KOÇ as the Chairman of the Board of Directors,
- Nezih BARUT as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors,
- The following members as Board Members; Nevres Erol BİLECİK, Fethi PEKİN, Sait Ergun ÖZEN, Mehmet Salih DERELİ, Esin GÜRAL ARGAT, Muhittin İlker DİNÇAY, Mustafa Kemal DANABAŞ, Hamdi AKIN, Can GEBETAŞ, Alaattin Yavuz GÜNEŞ, Barış GÖKTÜRK, Hüseyin Çağatay ÖZDOĞRU, and Şenol ŞANKAYA,

WHO IS NEZİH BARUT?
Born in 1952, Nezih Barut serves as the Chairman of Abdi İbrahim Pharmaceuticals Industry and Trade Inc. Graduating from Istanbul University Faculty of Pharmacy in 1976, Barut began his active business life in 1976 at the Abdi İbrahim Pharmaceutical Factory, which was founded by Abdi İbrahim Bey in 1912. Since 1981, Barut has taken over the management of Abdi İbrahim Pharmaceuticals, holding significant positions in various levels of the company, such as Production Manager, Deputy General Manager, and General Manager for over 30 years.
Nezih Barut, who initiated the institutionalization process of the Abdi İbrahim Pharmaceuticals industry, serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Pharmaceutical Industry Employers' Union, which undertakes a mission for the development of the Turkish pharmaceutical industry. Among his other memberships are; Istanbul Pharmacists' Chamber, Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (ITO), 1907 Fenerbahçe Association, and Fenerbahçe Sports Club. In 2008, he became the first Turkish businessman to receive the Prince Henrik Honorary Medal from the Danish Export Association. Nezih Barut, who speaks English, is married and has one son.
