DURSUN ÖZBEK COULDN'T HIDE HIS SURPRISE
24-year-old Wilfried Singo is the primary target of the yellow-reds. Singo, who has shown a consistent performance in Ligue 1 with Monaco, can play both as a right-back and a center-back. Galatasaray submitted an official offer to the French club, which includes a rental fee of 5 million euros and a purchase option of 20 million euros for the player. However, Monaco is expecting a transfer fee between 30-35 million euros for Singo. It has been learned that President Dursun Özbek of the Yellow Reds finds this amount too high. Özbek, who could not hide his surprise at the response received, reportedly instructed the management to terminate negotiations if Monaco does not agree to a discount.
AKANJI IS ALSO ON THE LIST
Another name on Galatasaray's radar is 30-year-old Swiss center-back Manuel Akanji from Manchester City. For Akanji, who plays an important role in Pep Guardiola's system in the Premier League, the yellow-reds have given full authority to Italian manager George Gardi.
