Speaking at the 3rd ordinary meeting of the Beşiktaş Club Council in 2024, Çebi proudly stated that he could speak without fear, saying, "When Mr. Hasan Arat said at our last financial general assembly, 'They will never be able to enter here again,' I replied, 'I will always come here.' But today he is not here. This is a source of pride for me, dear friends. I believe I am the first person to come to the general assembly and the council after leaving. If you left with your face clean and your head held high, and you did not harm your club, this community will embrace you. I know that all of you value those who serve." he expressed.
Çebi emphasized that no one conspired against Fikret Orman, who served as president of Beşiktaş Club from 2012 to 2019, saying, "I swear to you, no one conspired against Fikret Orman. You worked with me for 6 years, and we managed this club somehow. You couldn't last 6 months after me. First, I want you to put your hat in front of you and evaluate this. When I came, Beşiktaş's revenues were pledged. The electricity was cut off, and no senior executive welcomed us. Fikret Orman offered me to continue as the second president, but I did not want to continue. I said, 'There is Serdal Adalı, talk to him too.' Fikret Orman has left, there is no conspiracy.
