After 719 candidates achieved full marks and completed the LGS 2025 exam in first place, allegations of 'irregularities' related to the exam caused tensions to rise in the Parliament. Following the tension, a 10-minute break was called in the session.

The transition system for high schools (LGS) 2025 exam continues to be on the agenda of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) following the completion of the exam by 719 candidates with full marks, raising allegations of 'irregularities' related to the exam.

CHP'S BAŞARIR: THE CHILD OF THE REMOVED IT RESPONSIBLE HAS ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS CORRECTLY IN 2022

Speaking in the General Assembly of the Parliament, CHP Group Deputy Chairman Ali Mahir Başarır stated, "It is a fact that the questions of the exam taken by one million students today have been stolen, which the Minister denies. An investigation has been opened against 29 people, and the IT responsible has been removed from duty. Unfortunately, I am telling you for the first time, that IT responsible's child also answered all questions correctly in 2022. It is said that we are creating a perception through Imam Hatip schools. It has nothing to do with it, but if there are 39 first-place students in an Imam Hatip high school, and if these booklets are not investigated, these are irregularities."

TENSION RISES

Başarır's statements raised the tension in the Parliament. AK Party Bursa Deputy Mustafa Varank, accusing him of 'lying', angered Başarır, who stood up and used harsh words. It was seen that Başarır said to Varank, "Sit down, sit down. Rude man. Why are you standing up? Sit down. Rude man. No one is lying. Shameless man. You are standing up."

A BREAK WAS GIVEN TO THE MEETING

Parliament Deputy Speaker Tekin Bingöl gave a 10-minute break to the meeting due to the tension that occurred.
