With an animation prepared by the U.S. media, the technical details of the rescue operation for the pilot of the F-15E aircraft shot down in Iran have been revealed to the public. Despite the operation footage, conflicting statements regarding the pilot's fate are coming from Washington and Tehran.

After the F-15 Eagle fighter jet belonging to the USA was shot down in Iran, the rescue operation initiated by Washington was detailed with an animation.

PREPARED BY US MEDIA

The images prepared by the US media highlighted the process of the plane's descent and the moments when the pilot ejected from the aircraft using the ejection seat. The animation shows that the position of the pilot, who landed with a parachute, was quickly identified and rescue teams were rapidly directed to the area.

In the rescue operation depicted in the animation, search and rescue teams affiliated with the US Air Force were involved. It was claimed that the teams, who reached the area with HH-60 Pave Hawk helicopters, safely extracted the pilot.

REALITY UNCERTAIN

However, it remains uncertain whether the reality is as depicted in the animation. US President Donald Trump announced that they had also rescued the second pilot of the F-15E fighter jet that was shot down in Iran on April 3. Colonel Ibrahim Zulfikari, spokesperson for the Hatemul Enbiya Central Headquarters, the unit of the Iranian Armed Forces conducting the war, stated regarding the operation organized by the US to find the missing pilot, "The attempt to rescue the pilot was unsuccessful."
