Mr. President, an inspector has been assigned regarding this issue, but the inspector's report is not shared with the public; the General Director has personally gone there, and we have no information about the outcome of his contacts. I am submitting a question proposal to the Minister, asking 'Where are the horses?' He has not been able to admit that he lost the horses for two months. The fate of the horses should be investigated, sir."
