It has been claimed that Arda Turan, who has reached an agreement with Ukrainian league team Shakhtar Donetsk, has set his sights on transferring İsmail Yüksek from Fenerbahçe as his first target. It was reported that the young coach has a strong interest in Yüksek from the yellow-navy team and has submitted a report to the Shakhtar management regarding the transfer.
After a successful season with Eyüpspor, which he promoted to the Super League, Arda Turan parted ways with the club and reached an agreement with Ukrainian League team Shakhtar Donetsk.
THE CLAIM OF İSMAİL YÜKSEK
It was claimed that Turan wanted to add Ahmed Kutucu from Galatasaray to his squad, but his main target was reported to be İsmail Yüksek from Fenerbahçe. It was alleged that the young coach had a strong interest in Yüksek and had reported to the Shakhtar management regarding the transfer.
It was suggested that Turan considered Yüksek, who has struggled to find playing time at Fenerbahçe, as a starting XI player. Yüksek, who has a contract with Fenerbahçe until June 2028, has made 110 appearances in the yellow and navy blue jersey, scoring 2 goals and providing 9 assists.
