The Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi, reiterated that there is no evidence that Iran is producing a nuclear bomb, stating, "Nevertheless, their possession of a large stockpile of highly enriched uranium close to weapons-grade levels and their refusal to grant inspectors full access for monitoring is a serious cause for concern."

The Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi, made statements regarding Iran's nuclear program on his social media account.

"THERE IS NO EVIDENCE THAT IRAN HAS PRODUCED A NUCLEAR BOMB"

Grossi reiterated that there is no evidence that Iran has produced a nuclear bomb, stating, "Nevertheless, their possession of a large stockpile of highly enriched uranium close to weapons-grade levels and their refusal to grant inspectors full access to conduct checks is a serious cause for concern."

Referring to previous IAEA reports, Grossi stated, "As noted in our reports, the agency will not be in a position to provide assurances that Iran's nuclear program is entirely peaceful as long as Iran does not assist the IAEA in resolving outstanding safeguards issues."

WHAT HAD HAPPENED?

U.S. President Donald Trump had conducted attacks on Iran in collaboration with Israel, alleging that Iran was working on nuclear bomb projects.

In response, Iran had retaliated with attacks on targets it identified in several regional countries, including Qatar, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Bahrain, where U.S. bases are located, in addition to Israel.

In the U.S.-Israel attacks, many high-ranking officials, including Iranian leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, were killed.

The Iranian Red Crescent announced that 787 people had lost their lives in the U.S.-Israel attacks.
