Enpara, which operates under QNB Finansbank, has entered the process of separation from the bank. After the completion of this process, users' IBAN numbers will change.
The IBAN of Enpara users is changing. Enpara, one of the pioneering applications in digital banking, is becoming an independent entity by separating from QNB Finansbank. After obtaining the necessary permissions from the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK), the separation process will become official.
Operating under QNB Finansbank, Enpara will start providing services under a separate banking license following the separation. As part of this change, the IBAN numbers of existing Enpara users will also be renewed.
According to information obtained from Enpara officials, users will be informed in advance to ensure they are not affected by this transition process. It is expected that the new IBAN numbers will be shared with users along with a specific transition period.
The statement included the following remarks:
"After the transfer, there may still be senders who make EFT or SWIFT transactions using your old IBANs (QNB Bank IBAN). In this case, if prior instructions have been given, QNB Bank will automatically and free of charge transfer these incoming transactions to your account at Enpara Bank for 90 days."
It was emphasized that if no instructions are given, the mentioned money transfers will be returned to the sender.
Furthermore, it was highlighted that the separation will not have a negative impact on the savings, accounts, or service quality of Enpara users. Enpara will continue to provide its services in digital banking with its independent structure.
