Messages regarding the process of a Terror-Free Turkey have come from MHP leader Bahçeli. Emphasizing that the Kurds have no connection to terrorism, Bahçeli stated, "Anyone who has been deceived or misled for different motives and reasons, but has not committed a crime or engaged in armed actions, should come and embrace their families. The Republic of Turkey is compassionate." Regarding the process, Bahçeli also said, "There may be the pains of this birth, there may be misunderstandings, and sometimes nerves may be strained."
The leader of the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP), Devlet Bahçeli, commented yesterday on Barzani's bodyguards and the "coup" allegations, and today Türkgün newspaper published the second part of Bahçeli's interview, in which he gave critical messages regarding the Terror-Free Turkey process.
Stating that the nation stands behind the 'Terror-Free Turkey' initiatives, Bahçeli said, "The winner will be Turkey and the Turkish nation. Our nation will not listen to those who seek to poison the goal of 'Terror-Free Turkey' and will not pay attention to them. Whoever is disturbed by 'Terror-Free Turkey' is involved in a darkness, a cunning, a plot," he stated.
"WE ARE COMPLETELY CLOSED TO THE GIVE-AND-TAKE PROCESS"
Bahçeli, urging the families of martyrs and veterans not to worry, said, "We will not let them bow their heads. We are not in negotiation. We are completely closed to the give-and-take process. As the People's Alliance, we will not be part of any mistake that would undermine Turkey's sovereignty law and the founding philosophy of the Republic."
"THOSE NOT INVOLVED IN CRIME SHOULD EMBRACE THEIR FAMILIES"

"SDG MUST COMPLY WITH THE AGREEMENT"
Bahçeli noted that the SDG/YPG, which is effective in northeastern Syria, has not yet complied with the call from İmralı and has not laid down its arms. He stated that the call encompasses not only the PKK but all components of separatist terrorism. Bahçeli emphasized that the SDG/YPG must comply with the agreement signed with the Damascus administration on March 10.

In response to the question, "Do you think the fifth column activity aimed at diluting and sabotaging 'Terror-Free Turkey' has gained weight?" MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli said, "It is not weight but rather the group of those who dare sometimes becomes crowded, and sometimes, due to escapes, it becomes sparse. Those who expect the failure of the most significant national awakening of the century instead of Turkey's liberation from the horrifying, brutal scourge of separatist terrorism have, in my opinion, a love for the nation and homeland that is barren, arid, and swampy. It is a pity for them. It is easy to destroy what has been built; the hard part is to find and reveal the gem among the ruins.
There may be labor pains, misunderstandings may occur, sometimes nerves may tighten, and even contacts may weaken, creating distances; however, our determination to meet in the love for Turkey with patience, perseverance, and cool-headedness is sufficient to cope with every question and problem," he replied.
